Background & Approach
Prana Rising Yoga is a space built on the belief that when we reconnect with ourselves, we’re better able to show up for the world around us.
Through my work, I guide individuals toward feeling stronger, more grounded, and more at ease in their bodies. My background includes eight years as a Command Fitness Leader in the United States Navy, along with over seven years as a certified personal trainer (ISSA) and a 200-hour yoga certification. I’ve also worked with individuals in recovery and detox settings, where I’ve seen how deeply movement, breath, and compassion can support healing.
My approach is soft yet strong—rooted in patience, presence, and meeting people exactly where they are. Every class is designed to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and real.
Beyond the mat, Prana Rising is also connected to a greater purpose. A portion of the proceeds supports local animal rescue efforts, helping provide care and second chances for animals in need. Because healing doesn’t just stop with us—it extends outward.
This work is about more than movement. It’s about connection, compassion, and rising together.
